INGREDIENTS
4 cups chicken broth
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Thyme and Rosemary dried sprinkled over top
Sliced sweet potatoes ( did 2 medium ones)
Sliced summer squash ( used a half of one)
Petite garden peas (about a cup frozen)
Noodles (tinkyada brown rice fusilli) I probably used 3/4 to a cup of dry noodles.
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken, broth, seasonings, sweet potatoes and squash in crockpot and cook 3 and 1/2 hours on high then add the pasta ,cooking another 1/2 hour then add frozen peas and cook another 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour. Total cooking time 4 and 1/2 hours.
