I love this. It is lower in carbs and GF
1 pound of ground beef (or a ground beef,liver, heart mixture)
1 egg
1/2 cup pork rinds crushed
dried onion flakes (as much as you desire)
salt and pepper
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (or more if desired. Could also add some parmesan if desired)
Mix all the ingredients well. Form into a loaf and cook on low in the crockpot for 8 hours.
