Oat biscuits oil free dairy free

 

Quick, easy, gf. Great with soup/ whatever. Makes about 8.

1 cup oat flour ( gf if needed)

2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

1 teaspoon baking powder 

3 tablespoons almond meal

Dash of salt if desired 

2/3 cup plant milk of choice .


Preheat 400F

Mix dry ingredients 

Add milk and mix briefly— don’t over mix.

Drop by spoonful on parchment lined baking pan. Cook 14 minutes.

Note: you can make these without almond meal , but then they don’t rise as high and they come out more like a cookie biscuit 😆
