A bunch of Romain lettuce--torn
fresh pineapple--cut into bite sized pieces
slivers of carrot
sunflower seeds
combine as desired. Top with a raspberry vinaigrette. Or whatever dressing you desire. Coconut sprinkled in this would be good too!
