Cauliflower piccata

You can serve over rice, or pasta or mashed potatoes. We did it over rice. I would make twice the amount of sauce next time. We used half of a cauliflower for the 2 of us and the full sauce recipe, but a bit more on the sauce would be nice.

Note : I covered mine about 45 minutes in— I did half the recipe. It took about an hour and 15 minutes or so.
 

Broccoli slaw rice chickpea salad

Nice easy salad. I used short grain brown rice. Uses a tahini lemon dressing.
