Chocolate truffles

These are great , but if you prefer a dairy free version go here:

3 cups semi-sweet Chocolate chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Sprinkles (long ones)

Melt Chips with milk. (I did this in Microwave at 50 percent power, for a bit over 2 minutes)
Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate for a few minutes until firm enough to roll into balls (I did this for about 13 minutes). Roll in sprinkles.
