Not the best picture, but I wanted to save this vegan pancake recipe. I would eliminate the maple syrup in the recipe for my taste as it was a bit too sweet for me. These were a bit tricky to flip on the first batch as the photo demonstrates 🤣. Go to this link if you want more details
