sardines in scrambled eggs


 I was surprised! I do like sardines this way. This makes 1-2 servings depending on your appetite.


Oil for the pan
1/2 medium onion (I probably used 1/3)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can sardines drained
2-3 tablespoons of salsa (or more if you like)
3 eggs , beaten with a tablespoon of water


Heat oil and saute onions and garlic until onions are translucent.
Add the drained sardines and the salsa. Break up sardines and heat for 1-2 minutes until hot 
Add the egg mixture. Cook until eggs are the way you like them. 

You can serve with extra salsa if desired.
