Grain free cider donuts

This are good but the directions were incorrect. Instead of a tablespoon per donut you need 1/4 cup of the batter for each donut.  The tablespoon would work if you were making holes. I improvised with the icing using maple syrup and a bit of powdered sugar (a bit of salt on the icing might be good as well. Here is the link:

I felt these ended up a bit too sweet and the nutmeg was too strong.
