Good by itself just as a snack….. Makes good crackers also if you cook it crisp enough!
1 cup shredded or chopped mozzarella
1/4 cup almond flour
1 egg
Garlic powder and Italian seasoning- sprinkled
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 F
I did my mixing in a small food processor
You just roll it between parchment paper and then bake.
