Tofu toasted!







Cut extra firm Tofu into 4 pieces (length wise). Saute in pan for 5-10 min on each side with a little EVU.  Cook till crispy.  I topped mine with garlic powder, salt, hummus and avocado  I can’t tell you how really yummy this is/ what a surprise!. 

Another option below is topping it with peanut butter and strawberries
