Chocolate coffee overnight oatmeal

This is even good as a dessert for the evening! 


Ingredients 

For one serving;

1/2 cup rolled oats ( uncooked)

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup cold coffee ( use decaf if having at night)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder 

1 teaspoon maple syrup 

1/4 teaspoon vanilla 

1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds


Mix together and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.Very tasty. (You can add more of the maple syrup if desired and up to 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of chia).

When serving you can add fruit if desired.
