Salmon in creamy sauce

 Poached in half and half on top of stove covered. Took 5 minutes after the liquid started to simmer. Very good.

I just used 1/2 and 1/2…thyme and salt.Skin side down.

I spooned the cream over the top a few times.

Temperature when done around 145F
