Easy, tasty summer salad.
Ingredients:
Can of drained chickpeas, rinsed
     as much as desired of the following:
handful of fresh spinach or kale
chopped basil leaves (as much as desired)
dried cranberries
chopped walnuts
chopped purple onion 
Orange vinaigrette Ingredients
1/2 fresh orange squeezed--or a bit more
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey 
salt and pepper 
Mix
