Rolls carnivore

However the way she makes them are not very low carb- about 14 carbs each for the milk powder I used. If you want them about 1 carb use Anthony’ heavy cream powder:


Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 tablespoon of baking powder (I used a grain free one)

1 and 1/2 cups of either dry milk powder or cream powder (or 150 grams it said--that is what I used)

       NOTE: IF YOU WANT LOW CARB USE THE CREAM POWDER! THEN IT IS ABOUT 1 CARB PER ROLL.

Directions (see video for more details and the comment section of the video).

Mix eggs. Sprinkle in the baking powder. Mix well. Sprinkle in the milk powder a bit at a time.

Preheat oven 350 F

Place batter in 6 lumps to make six rolls. on parchment lined sheet. I used a silicone scoop which worked well. The video does it differently--wetting hands and so forth as the batter is sticky.

Bake 13-16 minutes. I did 12 to avoid the over browning on the bottoms she mentions.

Note: some say to flip 1/2 way through which I found too difficult so I didn't do it. I did use an air bake cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Next time I will try the convection . 

In the comments one mentioned air Fryer--set on bake at 325 for 5 mins and flip and cook another 5. This person added 2 tablespoons of melted butter to their batter however.

The video comments are very interesting as some make pizza dough and some cook in an 8 by 8 pan and different ideas.

Ginger cookies keto




 I made 1/2 of this recipe which I found on Pinterest. I used a bit less of allulose. They came out a tad dry as I cooked for 12 minutes and I could have done less. But I was craving something like this 🤣. It hits the spot with a cuppa. The total recipe would make about 16.

Pumpkin cheesecake mug cake



 So nice and fast for a fall mug cake.

2 ounces cream cheese, softened 

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree ( unsweetened and not seasoned)

1 tablespoon allulose sweetener ( can use 2- I like 1)

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


Topping:

( whipped cream for topping)

Blend cream cheese. Then add the other ingredients but not whipped cream. 

Grease a mug. Pour into mug and microwave 90 seconds ( if you have a lower powered microwave you may need up to 2 minutes). Or bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes.

Place in refrigerator or freezer for 15 minutes then serve with whipped cream if desired.

Waffles mini keto


Delicious and easy— mini waffles— made 3 in mine. Nice snack or breakfast.

1 egg

1 tablespoon full fat yogurt or sour cream

1 tablespoon almond flour 

Pinch baking powder 

Mix and cook as usual
