This was found on Pinterest and I copied this to save it during the winter storm Fern. I didn’t want to lose it and this provides comfort food for keto storm weather 😆 I used ALLULOSE for the sweetener however, and I used a bit less.

Custard pie breakfast
I love this. It will puff up while cooking and settle back down when cooling. I like it warm.
1&1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 eggs
A dash of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons allulose or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon gelatin unflavored
Optional tablespoon or two of cream cheese I think this is optional but haven’t tried it without it!
Mix thoroughly. Add to 7 inch round baking dish that has been oiled. Bake 350F for 55-60 minutes until just starting to brown lightly on the top. Cool 30 minutes at room temperature and serve.
Sausage soup keto
Hits the spot in cold weather!
1 pound of ground pork sausage
4 cups beef broth or bone broth
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar ( or mozzarella if you don’t have cheddar)
2 tablespoons heavy cream or half and half
Salt and pepper
Directions
Brown sausage and then drain off some of the fat.
Add broth and bring to a simmer.
In a bowl mix eggs and cream.
Slowly drizzle egg mixture into the simmering broth while continuously stirring so you create egg type ribbons.
Add shredded cheese. Continue simmering about 3-4 minutes.
Season as desired. When serving you can add extra cheese on top.
