Cranberry bars


 I love cranberry baked dishes and this is Keto like:

6 tablespoons softened butter 

1/3 cup allulose powder ( I used a bit less)

1/2 teaspoons molasses ( probably can omit)

Pinch salt

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1/2 teaspoon orange extract (probably could use orange zest as replacement)

1/4 cup almond flour 

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup golden flaxseeds ground

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1/4 teaspoons ground ginger

1 cup chopped fresh cranberries 

Optional: 1 teaspoon dark chocolate chips ( of choice)


Instructions:

Preheat oven 350F

Grease 8x8 pan

Cream butter and allulose. Add molasses, salt, eggs, and extracts. Mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in chopped cranberries. 

Place on pan— add a few chocolate chips if desired. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden.
