Simple ingredients so you can assemble fast. Make sure to rinse millet first. Nice taste, texture and some nice crunch on edges.

Here are the ingredients
2 cups rolled oats (gf if needed)
1 and 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar or a light vinegar or lemon juice)
1 cup whole millet
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Note: after mixing as the link tells how you must bake immediately as the reaction of vinegar to rising agent makes bubbles and creates a bit of height.
The link gives directions if your millet is already ground and if oats are already ground. That would be easier as they have to be ground. The measure changes if you have ground ones. The recipe gives a technique for grinding ingredients,
