Nice snd tasty but since I couldn’t use the broiler with my glass pan for the end of the recipe I had to cook it way longer to get the potatoes done and also brown-/ so just a reminder to myself. - ¼ cup butter
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup flour (me 1/4 cup corn starch instead)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 pounds white potatoes sliced about ⅛" thick
- salt and pepper to taste
