I put 1/2 teaspoon less of the cinnamon as I don’t tolerate a lot, unfortunately. Here are the ingredients given:
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon (me 1)
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 eggs, room temperature can sub flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup grated zucchini (squeeze some of liquid out)
- 1 ½ tablespoons oil divided.
