Delicious--one of the best little mug cakes. I used my blue willow large mug which measures 4" across and 3.25 " deep. It will rise up higher than the mug and then settle when removed from microwave.
1 tablespoon of butter (Partially melt in your mug)
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon Allulose or sweetener of choice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the above ingredients well.
Add 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (or chips of your choice).
Microwave 45 seconds and then dump on a serving plate.
