Ricotta cheese vegan

I am excited about this one!! Tastes so good and creamy. I plan on using this later in a pasta dish, but it is actually good by itself! Recipe directions found here:

Ingredients:

4 and 1/2 cup organic unsweetened soy milk

1 teaspoon salt

2 and 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
