Oatmeal Apple breakfast cake


 Easy, moist, good, Gluten free if using gf oats


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats (I used gf quick oats)
  • 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter or coconut oil

Directions 

Preheat oven 350F

Line 8 inch round pan with parchment paper on bottom. Grease sides.

Mix all ingredients together in food processor or whatever. Put into pan and sprinkle a few more outs on top cook 20-22 minutes until toothpicks comes out clean.
