GF Oat flat bread



Nice toasted with jam or what ever--favorite way is Jam ;-)

2 ingredients: Oat flour and water (I process GF oats in food processor )

Oat flat bread–1 cup GF quick oats blended into oat flour. Add about  ½  to 3/4 cup water(start with1/2 then add up– letting stand a moment to set a bit to thicken, but I usually use 3/4 cup water)--Let sit for a minute to thicken-then spread it out on some parchment paper and bake until you have flatbread. (350ish for 20 minutes or so ought to do it, but you can experiment.  Finish in the toaster for a little delicious crunch


Oat flat bread pictured above served toasted and then topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning----like pizza actually ;-)
